A Welcome from our Chairman

As Chairman of The Anglo-Azerbaijani Society, I welcome you to our website. The Society was founded in 1997 (formerly known as The Anglo-Azeri Society) by a group of British companies which included BP, Amec, KCA Deutag, and Spearhead (now ITE Group) amongst others. These companies felt there should be a friendship Society to not only support business interests in Azerbaijan, but to draw together cultural, charitable and other links between the UK and Azerbaijan.
